"The Right to Go into Business"? Which Amendment is that?
"Freedom to work in job of own choice"? Yep....all those indentured servants and negro slaves sure had a lot of freedom!
"Right to Bargain with Employer" not in "right to work states"....or at least not collectively.
"Right to own property" if you weren't a freed slave....
"Right to rewards gained through competition" again....Where is that in the Bill of Rights?
I guess it is an Ayn Rand version of the "Rights" of Americans. Yep....sounds like the teapotters mythologies.

In fascist America, business now has the right to form monopolies, doesn't pay taxes, ships jobs to other countries, bust unions, and rig elections as well as the law itself. BTW, howz that privacy thing working out?
We've become a banana republic in 50 short years.
