Yes - wondered where you had gone. I haven't been around much myself ... not even keeping up with Facebook. I found torrent downloading sites & got addicted much like I was once addicted to playing blackjack. I have more books, movies & music than I can hope to process if I am unlucky enough to live another 50 years. But I have started on the pile - reading on my iPod into the early hours of the morning & listening to audios while I walk around & commute to work. I assume I will emerge from the shell sooner or later ... and possibly rather more educated & hopefully wiser.

I got clinical depression. Big whoop. Had it for so long, I got used to it. It's called dysthymia. And o course it is usually at its worst this time of year. This time the ol black dog is puttin the serious chomp on me ass. whew. it's bad. It shouldn't be. Everybody's ok... we're not going broke yet... nothing really bad is happening at home.
World-wide, it sucks... but nothing that hasn't been coming at us for years. There are good ideas out there. Nobody's listening. Whew. I gotta shake this shit.
Maybe it's the police state... maybe it's the fucked-up economy... (there IS NO "middle class")... and this is how bad it's getting: I'm starting to dig Ron Paul. Hey- no worse than any other sock-puppet... he might actually tell us about waking up with the horse's head. Maybe it will put a lid on this loony militarism.
Having a pow-wow with my sibs this holiday over the Collapse. They're finally starting to believe it, I guess. Probably too late...

Maybe it's time to stop focusing on the worlds problems,
and start paying attention to yourself. I figured that out a couple of years ago.
If I continued getting so very pissed off about shit I could do absolutely nothing
about I was gonna have a stroke. I don't give a shit who wins this election,
there's no choice I see helping me and mine so to hell with it.

Take all the shit that's gone on with the hubbies accident. We haven't gotten one
comp check yet. First the idiots at the un-doctors forget to sign the forms then they don't mark the correct boxes. Forms come back. Meanwhile they find out he has a fractured vertebrae and ruptured disk, so the un-doctors step back and say they can't treat him anymore and will have to refer him to someone else. 2 weeks later we get a call come to this office and see this Dr. Ok. Meanwhile the comp people call the forms are once again not acceptable and must be redone. We take said forms to the new office and the oh so helpful girl at the desk informs us they "Don't do anything " at that office and we'll have to call their corporate office. We call the corp office and they say she should have taken the paper work.......... we have the paper work faxed to the office and today I get a voice mail that the Dr. who has to fill out our paper work won't be in the office till January 11th.
Till then we can eat air. Like I said...Life sucks then you die.
