On Friday a Federal judge in Eugene Oregon allowed a lawsuit to proceed in Federal Court: Kelsey Cascade Rose Juliana..et. al. v USA claiming "...the federal government is violating their right to life, liberty, and property, as well as their right to public trust resources, by enabling continued fossil fuel extraction and use."

That's right, "pro-lifers" and climate deniers. It's time to make a Federal Case out of it. Climate scientist James Hanson has filed suit along with 21 other plaintiffs, ages 8-19 against our Hydrocarbon Overlords for killing our planet, aint that sweet? "Suffer little children...for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

Howdya like *them* apples, bible-thumpers? Real children. Real world. Real deal. It's been called "unprecedented." Or do you think is just another Children's Crusade? Guess again. Bill McKibben and this heart-broke ol tree-hugger are saying, "To watch the next generation stand up for every generation that will follow is as moving as it is significant."
