Some fairly interesting stuff here:
http://www.fas.org/irp/index.html ...if you're still interested in digging into the Punch and Judy show. Seems not far from the .45 "government."
Came across this site today:
dprogram.net

Have to check it out to see if it is a useful source. Starting to tire of whatreallyhappened - he opened it up for reader submissions and the tone has gotten much more Glenn Beckian.
Gary Ghirardi is in Caracas, Venezuela, and I'm low income, so the little website he started that I help with is judgment proof--they can sue us, but they can't get anything because we don't have anything. For that reason we sometimes get exclusives that can't be published elsewhere, like keith harmon snow's articles about corporate-sponsored genocide in the DRCongo. Gary tries to have a new issue every month and sends out an email listing the new articles, but I usually mess that up by posting stuff whenever I come across it instead of holding it for the next issue:

I just discovered this site and immediately subscribed:

http://www.ww4report.com/

Two of my best (copyleft) sources for medialeft articles are:

http://globalresearch.ca/

and

http://blackcommentator.com/

Bill Fletcher, the Executive Editor of Black Commentator is giving a talk here in San Diego on Sunday:

Revolutionary Rethinking of a Future without Corporate Capitalism

I'm also trying to revive the discussions on the FreeganWorld mailing list, part of freegan.info which was devastated when Adam Weissman turned the list over to some people who weren't anti-capitalist. Don't know if I'll have any success there, as the group is centrally controlled from New York. When the infiltrators took over, they removed the bibliography from the freegan.info philosophy page and tried to ban philosophical discussions from the mailing list because every time they allowed a pro-capitalist post, I'd refute it. It may be dead, except for the slick mediagenic trash tours in the Big Apple.
My brother's blog...

TILLALALA CHRONICLES

He's a poet and his feats show it.

His stuff is fun to read because of his keen sense of nature and humanity. You guys--especially you, Mousie--should check his blog out.
Ha! My mind is not completely gone yet ... I think I've managed to work out Bo's last name -:)
And John likes dogs ... sounds like a good man ... I shall enjoy visiting his chronicles.

I see the 4th of May has come and gone like the Ides of March and this forum is still functioning. Anymore news about what happens to the group when the site goes commercial?
Oh noooooo. I've outed meself. Now, all my blog groupies can find me.

Regarding the blog: Looks like we have until July, then we might have to pay $20 a year to keep the site going. I'd be glad to pick up the tab.

From Ning Networks:

"In July, we will roll-out three new pricing plans and begin phasing out our free service. Many of you chose the Ning Platform to build your communities because it’s the easiest to use, has the most reliable performance and easily scales to hundreds of thousands of members. Our shift to a paid service model will enable us to focus to a greater degree on enhancing the features, performance and services we offer to our paying Network Creators. You’ll immediately see greater control over your network branding, design and member experience. All three plans offer an incredible value relative to our current premium services offerings."
Even my poor broke old ass can pony up for $20 a year... well worth it... BUT... does that mean whoever (Ning or their "holding company") attaches themselves (aol- style) to your
"account" like a Lamprey Eel?

The only way i could get aol to stop doing this was to close the "account." Nickel here... dime there... you don't notice it or mess with it because it's rarely ever a large amount. But just try to stop the suction process and you remain "on hold" forever. Like Hotel California. You can never leave.

Welcome to "capitalism" in its last dying choke. Wotta fukkin joke.
