So nice halved, a little grated cheese atop and grilled beside a rasher or two of bacon. Perhaps I should cycle up to the butchers and get some, haven't been there for weeks. Here I've had two tiny squashes. Not enough sun, too cold, so blight has been troublesome. Only just remembered last week to spray with silver colloid water.

My favorite is zucchini slices deep fried in beer batter. Any and all veggies deep fried in beer batter....yummy. Gotta have a garlic dip to match though. And beer.

I've never had that, vegetables deep fried in beer batter. Do tend to avoid deep frying after exploring what happens to the oil once its been heated like that, ok the first time but after that it isn't very good for you at all. Awfully sad.
Wrong about blight, its mildew, all over the place with these heavy skies.
