In the beginning ......
Cold starts are hard on the motor.
Dark as night and as cold as ....a witch's tittie, I took my bike for a spin this evening. Does that make me hardcore ? Hardly. I must be crazy. No tools with me, a carb in need of tuning or maybe even re-jetting, no air cleaner and a faulty ignition....she could have died on me. But you know what ? She didn't. It was way cool this evening. I must be nuts ! Cold nuts are hard on the libido.

Ah... memories. 40 years of bikerdom that ended with a Harley. Those cold rides were some of the best. Watch out for the slippery... it aint the cold that gets you... it's the slippery. Put her away and stash the key as soon as there's ANY ice!
