One Flew Over The Recorder's Office

One saying has turned out to be true, through and through : one thing leads to another.

I was combing the web for specifics as I came across an article that mentions Arizona's

Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu. Babeu has re-opened investigations into the shooting of

one of his Deputies just outside of Casa Grande....which just happens to be my old

home town. Reading the article, I wasn't surprised with Babeu's move as I thought the

investigation was still on-going.… Continue

In & Around Arizona

A high school friend in response to something I recently said about Arizona said "things haven't changed at all but we now have a Politician for a Sheriff". I would prefer to differ with that. 40 years ago, the local Sheriff lived out where we lived, in a trailer park. The place was called Colonia del Sol. Some things never change. The name for example. But boy oh boy, that place sure has changed.…

Most Effective Measure Against Potato Bug - FIREWALL !

No joke now, this is true, useful and ecologically safe without the use of pesticides. If you know someone who has a garden and is at war with these very destructive critters, call them up or visit them and relay the following tested measure.

The common black and yellow-striped "potato bug", a very familiar insect to home gardeners, is the most serious insect pest of potatoes. Both the striped beetle and the black-spotted, red larva feed…

Is "my tree" still standing?

Some dreams leave a lasting impression on me. Some hit me like a hammer. Some dreams are funny, some sad. Few dreams wake my interest the way this one did.

In the near future...

I often project in to the future to play through things to see what it's going to be like or to take a snapshot of what I see so I can compare it with what it's really like once I get to that point in time. Without a reference or a projected image, no such… Continue

From a friend who knows (must read)

Friends,

My own personal opinion is that since before WWI, during 1913 when the "FED" was established by the Bankers (Mellon, Rothschild, Warburg, etc) which effectively placed the US Monetary system under the Bank of England, that this country, the USA, has departed on what ever was left of Democracy and plunged down the slippery slope of Fascism and Empire building. All Empires have been known to fail, dramatically.

The US entered WWI "reluctantly" as a direct result of… Continue

The ten points of the Nuremberg Code

The ten points are, (all from United States National Institutes of Health)

1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension… Continue

If the shoe fits, wear it

The most basic of basics. 9/11 was an inside job. That's easy to say, difficult to explain. Some of us like to take it down to the very last detail. rightly so, considering that very minor details can make or break a theory. The Official Conspiracy Theory or OCT is fairly easy to take apart. No rocket science needed. Anyone with half a brain can see the OCT is wrong. Dead wrong. The assumption intelligence has anything to do with… Continue

Willingen ski jumping

Of all things to do with a perfectly free Saturday. I'm headed for Willingen in Hessen to witness the team jumping. Well, don't look at me like that, it wasn't my idea! Jeez! I had this wild idea about taking my US flag with me and flying it upside down for… Continue

Dear Curtis,

a wierd way to start a blog entry when your name is Curtis. Not. I gave AI my e-mail address while at an evening with Juan Roberto Melendez last year. They've been keeping me updated ever since. Have you seen The Green Mile? It was both a pleasure and painful to meet and speak with Juan. I was most impressed by the school English teacher and his spontaneous translations.....Juan's English… Continue

In the beginning ......

Cold starts are hard on the motor.

Dark as night and as cold as ....a witch's tittie, I took my bike for a spin this evening. Does that make me hardcore ? Hardly. I must be crazy. No tools with me, a carb in need of tuning or maybe even re-jetting, no air cleaner and a faulty ignition....she could have died on me. But you know what ? She didn't. It was way cool this evening. I must be nuts ! Cold nuts are hard on the libido.
