I noticed they have a guy from India running their IT department. LOL.

They need to set up speakers that we home-bound revolutionaries can use to incite the crowd.

Where's the burning effigy of LLoyd Blankfein?

I''m thinking BO will enjoy this - the Amazing Atheist says Fuck You Wall Street

Nice rant, but I'd prefer to see that rage put to good use. Like building guillotines and keeping them well-stocked.

We definitely have plenty of Marie Antoinettes, even without counting the champagne sipping banksters

The sad thing is that 10 years ago very few Americans realized how disgustingly true the plaint was that, by attacking the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, "al Qaeda" (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) had attacked the most precious symbols of the American lifestyle.  We all jumped to the man with the bullhorn, waved our flags, tied a yellow ribbon round the old oak tree (to let the war criminals know that we would forgive them and they didn't have to "stay on the bus/forget about US/and put the blame on me") and said, damn right, we are gonna blow up a bunch of hadjis who had absolutely nothing to do with it to revenge the attack upon neo-liberal economic empire!

And anyone who dared say anything different would be punished.

Recently showed my class excerpts from Depression era films Native Land and The World Today: Black Legion.

Hoping their papers show them able to connect current events to the past....

Capitol Police react to Onion satire

WASHINGTON — Capitol Police were not amused by tweets and an article written by the satirical newspaper The Onion falsely reporting that members of Congress had taken a group of schoolchildren hostage.

The satirical newspaper's Twitter accounts and related story Thursday reporting gunshots and hostage-taking in the Capitol came a day after the FBI arrested a Massachusetts man accused of planning to bomb the Pentagon and the Capitol with explosive-filled model airplanes.

"It has come to our attention that recent twitter feeds are reporting false information concerning current conditions at the U.S. Capitol," Capitol Police spokeswoman Sgt. Kimberly Schneider said in a statement.

She said conditions at the Capitol, now largely empty because lawmakers are on vacation, were normal. "There is no credibility to these stories or the twitter feeds. The U.S. Capitol Police are currently investigating the reporting."

The Onion tweets and article spoke of members congressional leaders, "brandishing shotguns and semiautomatic pistols," taking a class of schoolchildren hostage and threatening to kill them if they didn't get $12 trillion in cash.

It showed a doctored picture of House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, holding a gun to a child's head and reported that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid was firing a handgun and wearing a black pantyhose over his head.

Boehner's office had no comment.

I guess they thought it was real........... stupid fucks.

But then.....sometimes the news is so bizarre one thinks it is parody:

Sorry, but this trader's confession is no prank.

Outed meself. The LTE here... and the the blogpost there,.
You are a brave man.  Fortunately your text is probably too dense for the dense to fully understand what you are saying so some of the stupid-heads won't get incensed that you have written about the stench emanating from them..........probably will get a few who are upset that you have insulted their football lifestyle.
I completely understood it...........and I love 100% of Waldo's writing and usually understand about 2/3rds.
