Hey, great to be here. When did the site start up. It looks great and lively users.

As for your peace divident, indeed, you did receive one but your uncle had to use it for the base closing commission from the 90's which resulted in additional base construction after 2001. You actually owe money for the base opening surtax. Your bill is in the mail, COD;)
